Football T-Shirt besides I will buy this worst may be back, and peacefully sitting with it for a time may bring the same positive change Time is constantly flowing though, If anything, it brings you with it, sometimes it doesn’t hurt to rely on it too : ) It helped me by letting me stay in the present but in the past few days I was daydreaming a lot due to my pleasant interactions so I kind of lost it now it’s back. I highly recommend talking to someone. Medication and therapy are not shameful. There are also herbs you could look into, but I’m not a doctor so won’t go into those. So I’ve come to a conclusion that I was ever only mindful in my happy times so that was easy I just need some training being mindful in some awful circumstances. Ah yes .. that’s exactly part of the growing process.. we come to realise that the feelings of harmony.. peace.. rest .. self possession that we experience in our meditation periods is not just to be experienced during meditation .. we need to experience those same positive states of being in ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.. that’s the thing we need to work at .. to bring the outer man .. the outer life into harmony with the inner life….. it is called mystical alchemy.. turning the dross into gold … welcome to the PATH ! … it will never be boring .!

Calming our body allows it to rest. Resting is a precondition for the healing of body and mind. Returning to our body, we may become aware of the suffering and tension in our body. Living in forgetfulness, we’ve allowed stress and pain to accumulate in our body, and modern life brings added stress. We have to be kind to our body and give it an opportunity to relax. While breathing in and breathing out, we calm our body and allow the tension in our body to be released. Whatever the position of our body, whether we’re lying, sitting, or walking, we can always practice mindful breathing and release the tension. You can practice while cooking breakfast, taking a shower, driving the car, or sitting on the bus. You don’t have to set aside a special time. We shouldn’t say, “I have no time to practice.” We have plenty of time. We can practice all day long and get the benefit of practice right away. Walking to the classroom, the workplace, or the meditation hall, you can allow the tension to be released with each step. Walk as a free person and every every step you make. You’re no longer in a hurry. Walk with ease, releasing the tension in the body with each step. This is the way to walk every time you need to go from one place to another. When you practice like this you get relaxation and joy, and it benefits everyone around you. To practice mindful breathing is an act of love. You become an instrument of peace and joy, and you can help others.
