That’s a class act by that theatre. Love when businesses go out of their way for the Belt 2 a$$ tour shirt Also,I will get this community….. it’s a win-win for both cuz I’m sure monday nights were slow af anyways It’s actually a win-win-win for those of us who feel a crying baby actually enhances the movie goers experience! Where I grew up it wasn’t RESERVED for bringing your baby, you could still go, but there’d be the expectation of crying babies. I’d prefer the opposite, I get to the gym at about 630am when there are a few old ladies and one group class, I would not enjoy a bunch of tiktok people filming all their reps and worse me in the background. I wish more people would do a proper job of wiping down the equipment after using it. At least this guy is being tidy about it. No this is stupid. Let people work out and live their lives. Turn the phone off for a little bit it wouldn’t kill you. Like most things in life, compromise is the way to go. This ensures all parties are happy. Personally I think filming yourself at the gym is tacky and shameful, but its their life to live. We did a couple of sessions filming ourselves doing various sports activities in Physical Education class back in the 90’s. With the intention of watching it back to see how we can do better.

I only film myself to check my form since I work out alone. It’s with my phone and a magnet though, no tripod lol Some people film themselves because they are body builders and work on posing as well. The annoying ones do it for the Belt 2 a$$ tour shirt Also,I will get this gram Even for Instagram or whatever I understand the utility in teaching form by filming yourself doing exercises. Like I would be lying if I said I didn’t learn by watching any fitness influencers at all (in my case they’re on YouTube since I don’t use Instagram) It’s not really the filming itself that’s the problem it’s that they don’t ask permission to film first and that they film people without their consent to mock them. I really have zero issues with anybody filming in any environment if they’re not getting anyone else in the shot or they’ve asked everyone who might be in the shot permission to film first It’s tacky if you’re just trying to post it online, but I’ve been doing Crossfit/weight lifting for a few years and a LOT of people are only recording themselves to be able to check for errors in their form. If it’s for feedback on form, tracking progress, whatever, that’s fine. If someone is using the space to advance their short video business (YouTube channel, TikToks, whatever) no good. They should charge more to people who want to use that area since they have to buy additional equipment and pay for that space that is now unusable for the rest of the members.
