Which has been proven time and again that’s not the Beer Drinking Fishing Walleye That’s why I’m here T-Shirt besides I will buy this case. Not only productivity was off the charts when everyone was remote, but companies that are forcing people back are noticing a significant drop. I want to make your work experience more miserable and costly so that my shareholders don’t take losses in their projected real estate portfolios Google is now worth much more than when he took over, but IMO he has really damaged the Google brand over his tenure as CEO. Constant failing projects and bad press. G-Suite and Google Cloud dominated by the ever adapting Microsoft. And now because of their slow reaction, even the bread and butter Google Search is under threat by old and newcomers in the form of Bing, ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion etc. despite being miles ahead in data collection and dumping so much money into AI research over the years. The lack of vision, focus to squeeze every drop from ad revenues and lack of profile diversification have now lead them into a corner. Sundar Pichai has more than proven he’s not a suitable candidate to get them out of these troubled, volatile times.

GOOG stock is up about ~50% since his takeover in 2019. I spiked up to +120% in 2021, but it’s been falling since then. He’s also been in charge during the Beer Drinking Fishing Walleye That’s why I’m here T-Shirt besides I will buy this only major layoff in the company’s history. Their only previous layoff was in the 2008 crash, and that was only ~300 people. My very casual perusing of the stock price under previous leadership, and it was generally +30%-40% under their leadership. This is what happens when MBAs with no direct domain experience start taking over the board instead of former tech leads or engineers who used to do the ground level work on improving and maintaining products before working up the management ladder. Everyday I’m finding myself having to use ChatGPT more and more to get quick answers for simple enough questions that google search used to easily and painlessly be able to do before this guy took over. Ever since they started trying to squeeze every bit of ad revenue from their products, it’s been slowly making them just plain unpleasant to use. Even though I need to verify little bit manually the information ChatGPT spits back at me, it’s still faster than sifting through the endless SEO garbage links that make it to top of Google search results despite clearly not being what I asked for at all. It’s so sad to see the simple act of searching on all their products broken like this despite being the premier search engine for so long. I remember in pop culture back in the day people would be mocked for using sites like Yahoo and Ask Jeeves to search for stuff.
