But prosecutors held up his prosecution for 4 years. And now Brian is never going to be labeled a sexual predator (which is what the Beared men are in ultra cotton shirt and I love this law requires). But if you happen to find yourself in Shelby County Tennessee and in violation of the law, you aren’t going to have 14 years worth of relationships to save you. You won’t have two years of being “one of them” while fucking a child to defend you. You are going to have to afford justice and you are still going to be fucked. But not Brian. Brian got away with his crime because that is what happens all over the world. What a sick bastard. And shame on the officials that allowed this to happen. This is one of the reasons women/children are scared to come forward. This is sick and twisted. This dude is getting special treatment because he’s a former cop who’s white. Outrageous.

He’s done it before and now he knows he can do it again. He’s going to get a badge and gun in the Beared men are in ultra cotton shirt and I love this next town over like nothing ever happened. It needs to be easier to prosecute and convict sex crimes. If this kind of shit can get off because ‘we weren’t sure we could get other charges to stick’, then we need to make it easier for those charges to stick. He’s a white male, I’m surprised they didn’t arrest the child for seducing him, because we all know it’s always the girls fault!!! ??? It used to be a taboo subject decades ago, but now it’s more out in the open – somehow degrees of power bring with it powerful protections. How the fuck did things get this way? It used to be that the people had the power, or perhaps that was an illusion too. At this point in my life I am 100% certain that the reason most of these monsters walk free is because the people who created these type of laws like to sexually abuse children as well, therefore making laws against pedos and rapist a lesser punishment, incase one of them gets caught doing it. Not surprised by this stuff, in the USA cops can commit multiple crimes against humanity and will always get way with it. The justice system will favor white people, politicians, racist’s, rich people, and police. And will always criminalize Blacks, Hispanics, minorities, poor/homeless people, anybody who even thinks about socialism communism Marxism pretty much any thing that sided with the majority instead of the few, and people who smoke weed. It’s no secret that DAs in this country can’t prosecute cops except for the most obvious, and blatant of offenses. And even then, only sometimes. Because, if they prosecute too many cops, they’ll never get a cop to show up for court again.
