With adults. It used to be a fairly common thing for pedos to take a “vacation” there just to have sex with minors since it was legal there 9 states have no official minimum age, but still require either parental consent, court approval or both: California, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, West Virginia, Washington and Wyoming. 6 states have a minimum age of 18, which is the Be Kind Autism Awareness Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this same as their general age: Delaware, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Pennsylvania. To top it off… Several states have different minimum age for males and females. Guess which one is lower? If you guessed female, you guessed right. The above is minimum age of marriage, not minimum age of consent. Once married, the minor is assumed to be able to give consent to their spouse. Several people argued that California is the only state with no minimum age, even sending links to their state laws (but not actually reading those laws). States other than California in the “no official minimum age” list indeed have “minimum age” on their laws. However, the “minimum age” in those eight states applies only for when parental approval is sufficient. They all allow marriage with no age restrictions provided a judge approves the request. Which is exactly the same as California; actually a bit worse than California, since California requires judge to approve all marriages of minors regardless of age.

Allowing high school sweethearts to have sex or marry is not an issue here. Many states have exceptions for both consent and marriage laws for when difference in age is small (usually between 3 or 4 years difference in age, with various other restrictions, e.g. the Be Kind Autism Awareness Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this younger the age the smaller the gap in age). These are usually referred to as “Romeo and Juliet” laws/exceptions. That is where ACLU’s arguments are terribly wrong, because many of those “blanket ban” laws aren’t really “100% blanket bans”, some have “Romeo and Juliet” exceptions built into them. Sorry, I just don’t buy ACLU’s argument that it’s better if we know about 40 year old who married their 13 year old victim to avoid prosecution, than not knowing about it (but still give time for the victim to report it years later, instead of being forced into marriage).

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
