I feel like in most situations, if you have been together for 15 years and you haven’t had kids, you probably aren’t gonna have kids anyway. This is anecdotal, but the Batman Arkham Asylum Running The Asylum Dc Comics Licensed Shirt and by the same token and only couples I know who were with each other even close to that long before having kids were those that started dating in their mid-teens, and you’d almost certainly know if your partner is trans if you start dating that early. If you meet someone as an adult and mention that you want kids, waiting 15 years is a bad idea no matter how you slice it. Like, if you’re both 25 when you start dating, you’d be 40, which makes pregancy hard anyway. Not impossible of course, but hard enough that you really should start trying earlier if you really want kids. And some trans people are actually saying they don’t have to disclose that they’re trans at all. Which you do you, but if you date a woman only to discover 15 years down the line she is trans and you’ll never have kids with her, you have a right to be upset.
