I’m curious to hear more about this. We had mold when we moved in the Barnum and Baily New Superb Spegtagle Cleopatra Circus Vintage Extravaganza T-Shirt and I will buy this attic of our first home. The remediation company got rid of it for about 4k. We fixed the problem with new ventilation. Had to replace the roof eventually but that might have not been caused by the mold. Insurance somehow paid for the roof, hail damage was the official reason We had some in the attic too, but our insurance only covers water damage and considers mold damage too far downstream making us responsible. The attic was accessible and pretty manageable though A lot of our issues arise from foundation issues. We have a two story house with half of it being partially underground because we live on a hill. The underground portions entire wall was leaking into the insulation which became moldy. We bought the house in winter when everything was frozen, but come spring it all melted with issues becoming apparent quickly. I could see water damage on a wall so we opened it up and just kept going endlessly finding more and more mold.

While going the Barnum and Baily New Superb Spegtagle Cleopatra Circus Vintage Extravaganza T-Shirt and I will buy this demolition work it was obvious recent other past repairs had been completed and we think the past owners tried to patch it up and get out ASAP. It is impossible for us to say with 100% certainty the mold issues didn’t happen all in one season under our watch. So it’d be hard to make a case and hold the past owners liable, but we feel they knew. Much of the costs were tied to remediation efforts ensuring we check all the boxes properly so we can sell it again one day with a clear conscience, foundational repairs address the main cause, and rebuilding. We had to pretty much rebuild half our house as even the framing was moldy in many locations. I’m handy enough to throw up drywall and paint, but not reframe a house or fix foundation cracks. That’s kind of the gist of it and it was a nightmare of a year to say the least!
