So all in all, from a property management company not much can be done that is effective and shows results, but I do feel your frustration. Also, not to forget, if your estate is managed by the Banned books showcase the power of words books shirt in addition I really love this council directly you have no chance in making your case and seeing results. I’m a Yank living in London and well I haven’t seen anything like this personally I’m sure it must go on in some neighborhoods and that’s terrible. It reminds me of the history books when they would show like London a couple hundred years ago where people are just pouring their sewage waste into the streets out of their window. I hope OP is able to get somebody who gives a crap from the government to do something about this. That’s Definitely a health hazard I’ve witnessed, when too full, foxes come and pull bags out of these bins and tear them apart on the ground. That might’ve been what happened here.

Even some birds do it. Don’t be quick to blame people. If they’re too full, it might be management’s fault for not having enough bins. Also, looks like bins get too full and then foxes rip the Banned books showcase the power of words books shirt in addition I really love this bags open. Likelihood is it isn’t people dumping rubbish. Easy solution is contact the council or whoever collect the bins and ask for a few more saying it isn’t sufficient I agree it’s a health hazard, just needs swept up, put some peppermint oil round the bin area to deter rats and mice. Don’t get stressed about it just you be tidy let the rest of the World make a mess as long as you do wats right. Not at all. I’d buy some cheap cctv cameras off Amazon and put them around the area. It’ll pay for itself once the person(s) have been caught and fined!
