The less motivation you need, the better. Motivation comes and goes, so the only way to maintain daily exercise is to turn it into a habit. I do, however, get movitation bumps after workouts. It’s not a guaranteed thing, but when there is progress or things went easier than expected, it just feels good. It can some times make it easier on days of low motivation when you can reflect back on those times… But again, if you rely on that, you could be setting yourself up for a downward spiral when those days become less frequent in times of plateaus. They say it takes 6 weeks to make a habit out of something good or bad. If you can keep it up for that long you’ll feel wrong when you don’t work out. That’s what worked for me.

If you are in shape physical tasks take less effort. Being healthier means less time being sick, thus more time for me to do what ever I want. Also my clothes fit better if I stay in shape, so maybe not having to buy new pants cause I can’t fit in the Awesome Since 2016 One Of A Kind 7th Birthday 7 Year Old Gifts 2016 Limited Edition Reteo T-Shirt and by the same token and old ones is another motivation. My primary motivation was that girls said I was too skinny to date. So I hit the gym and 20 years later I still hit the gym. Motivation today is that I focus better, sleep better, it’s amazing for your health, and I still hear voices in my head telling me I’m too skinny which helps too. If you don’t feel motivated to work out, go to the gym or wherever u go without the intention to work out. Most of the time you end up working out I exercise in the mornings before work and usually go for an hour walk after lunch. It definitely has helped with my lower back pain from spending most of my day sitting For me, it’s not motivation that keeps me motivated but rather the discipline and challenge of remaining discipline. If you tell yourself you are going to do something, do it! Don’t let yourself down! Generally the way my body feels after continued exercise, I’m thankful I’m generally healthy and able to! My days aren’t the same without it!
