Yes a condo can absolutely fine the Awesome old and new grasstrack sidecars shirt also I will do this owner. The owner would then have to come after you to recoup the amount. $5000 doesn’t sound reasonable but I don’t live in Toronto. The owner basically has to pay or the board will seize the unit. I’ll leave it up to someone more knowledgeable to tell you if the landlord is able to hold your security deposit for this purpose. Most likely the reason they have this rule is because they don’t want to pay someone overtime to come in and put up/remove scratch protection and/or lockout an elevator. By ending move out at 4 that gives a worker and hour to put the building back to normal and get out on time. Your cooked the land lord will surely pass this over to you. You saw the notice regardless of fee. There is a cost for poor decisions.. you just decided to do what you wanted to do and screw the rules.. I spend days speaking to both my new and old place and neither would budge. Even when I told him I could fit all my stuff on one elevator load.

In hindsight my only option was to pay the Awesome old and new grasstrack sidecars shirt also I will do this moving company to come early and then wait 3 hours at my new place. Maybe I could be forgiven for not thinking of this as my first option, especially since nowhere did it state there was such a hefty fine. There are over 40 rules in the condo. Of course I wouldn’t be breaking one if they made it clear it was so important. Wtf. Should be a $100 fine. Better yet should be no fine for this. I understand moving during morning hours or during evening when everybody is coming home or in the middle of the night. This post sounds like a joke to be honest. If not then Toronto is a messed up city. Rather live in North Korea than Toronto. This is exactly my reaction. I understand a couple hundred dollars fine. But 5,000 is quite excessive, especially since I am disabled and money does not come easy. Also I read through both the elevator form agreement and also the welcome package, and neither the condo nor my landlord made me aware that such a substantial fine existed.
