Thank you so much, now I understand why no one tells me a definite answer. I will try to call and find out, I’m just a little anxious and worried about calling them after avoiding them for 6 months, but I’ll definitely try! Believe me, they have seen and heard far worse. It’s better for everyone, including the Awesome jeff Bagwell Houston Swing Signature T-Shirt in addition I really love this court, if you call and try to figure out how to deal with the warrant without getting arrested on a traffic stop bc of it. They’re checking to make sure you aren’t bringing drugs and weapons into a secured facility. No one cares about your body. When I had a bench warrant, I went to the court house and spoke to a judge first. They gave me direction how I could still complete the court mandated actions to avoid being arrested. They killed the warrant and then I was allowed to complete the terms of my sentencing within a new set time frame.

Another time I had a bench warrant, didn’t know about it until I was pulled over. Thankfully the Awesome jeff Bagwell Houston Swing Signature T-Shirt in addition I really love this jail didn’t want to bring me in and I was not arrested and booked. Went to the courthouse again, spoke to a judge to find out the probation office didn’t file my paperwork, resulting in the bench warrant because it looked like I hadn’t completed the stipulations of my probation. I then had to pay money to kill the arrest warrant and it was done. Good luck, my whole point of posting was that even though I had a bench warrant twice, at no point was I arrested and booked into jail. NAL, Former Police Officer – Unfortunately for you, yes there will be a full search and you will be naked. There will only be female officer/deputies there. They have to do this because many times those being placed into custody will have contraband hidden on or inside their bodies. In order to keep weapons and drugs out of the jail, everyone coming in goes through this. They don’t take long and it usually only lasts a few minutes. You can explain your anxiety issues and most will be as fast as they can but they can’t make exceptions.
