Poor kid. I should’ve know better with this sub. Thought dad was going to dangerously cross all that motorcycle traffic to help his kid out. Nope. That was where my thoughts were, going to help his kid out, instead he kicks and punches him, no doubts leaving the Awesome jared Walsh Los Angeles A Number T-Shirt Additionally,I will love this wee man feeling 10x worse, that moment will stay with that kid for life… Utter arsehole. As a child of fatherly abuse, you nailed it. This poor kid will never forget the embarrassment he suffered at dropping the bike or the abuse delivered by his father. Yeah, I can empathise myself man. I wasn’t goin to share this cause 1. not one for airing dirty laundry and 2. I didn’t want to shift attention but it’s relative.. Maybe it’ll spark thought in an impatient person’s head, idk… When I was 13/14, I once accidentally crashed ma old man’s trike into a friend, he was coming down a hill on a crosser, I was running along the bottom, no one slowed down unfortunately and we both collided, woke up, upside down in a bush, trike on top of me, mate was lying beside me, we were lucky af, both fine mostly, apart from being bumped up, bruised and a wee bit sore, my left leg copped it quite a bit, a LOT of people were there, mostly friends, my dad starts running down the hill shouting, on a mad one, I’m trying to hobble away, gets clipped in the head a couple of times, he was more pissed I crashed his trike than to see how I was doing lol.. Although I don’t feel anyway about it now, other than the obvious but fuck it was humiliating/heartbreaking at the time.. And it’s something ill definitely never forget.

Respect though, I understand that won’t be an easy decision to make/live with. Life is good. One thing about having a… strict…dad is that one is well prepared for life. But had to unlearn a lot to simply be human and relate to others. So far, my boy is doing well. Super proud of him. He just graduated from high school. Thank you for asking. Fuck that, having had a strict/abusive dad has only fucked over my life, not prepared for anything except bending over when anyone ever takes the same posture and tone of voice he did when growing up. It has taught me to cave instead of standing up for myself and a battery of mental issues and character flaws.
