Yeah, it’s unhealthy as fuck but once or twice a year isn’t going to do much damage. I’m dying anyway, so fuck it. You can eat a ton. Eggs are very good for you, especially the whites, but the yolks are only worse than whites because the fat, which is also good for you, but not as good as protein. Back when I was powerlifting, I had 6-8 eggs a day. 6 scrambled, with a pinch of salt for a pre workout meal every day. And one of my meals in that week was accompanied with 2 soft boiled eggs. Honestly, even when I wasn’t sick of that meal, I’d still have to stifle the vomit… The “creamy” taste of the eggs really didn’t agree with my stomach.
