Brilliant move. He knows it won’t pass. Why risk upsetting the Avalanche Signature Shirt so you should to go to store and get this voters of WV? The people who are criticizing this just don’t understand politics. This vote is nothing more than pageantry… which is a shame, since dems have control right now and should be able to craft realistic legislation. I’m all for making senators take a position, but they made it so extreme, all the way up until birth, it’s not an accurate meter to where people stand. Republicans will just take the position that they could support some type of protection, but this vote goes too far. It won’t hurt them. Most people have a moderate stance, supporting abortion through the first trimester and in cases of rape/incest or health risks to the mother. (And states can institute further abortion protections beyond that) If you put THAT up for a vote, you’d have a strong bipartisan agreement. With majority of Americans in favor of RvW, it would be much harder for a republican to justify voting no when they’re up for re-election. There’s gonna be extremes on both side. Neither side will ever get what they want. They’ll dig in their heels and nothing will happen.

If I heard Joe Manchin was crying for help at the Avalanche Signature Shirt so you should to go to store and get this bottom of a well, I’d tell him it was gods plan and keep on walking. Madison Cawthorn said his party does coke and hooker. Result, they released everything against him and are destroying him. Manchin at every turn, stops the party. That is why Republicans keep getting voted in. They will stop at nothing to get what they want. Democrats need to do the same. Fuck this guy, I don’t give a shit if losing him loses a dem in WV, he’s a republican in a Democrat seat and should fucking acknowledge it How West Virginia? How is he still around? How is his approval rating still so high? What are you missing with this clown? When are the democrats going to learn Joe manchin is not a Democrat. He’s 100% republican, paid by taxpayers to screw taxpayers. If Democrats want a messaging bill that puts the majority of Americans on their side, they should pass a law codifying that a woman should always have the right to an abortion in cases of rape, incest or life-threatening medical conditions. Virtually all Americans agree on that. Force Republicans to go on the record saying a rape victim can’t have an abortion and let them spend the fall campaign season trying to explain why rape isn’t actually such a bad thing. You want to put out something that unites your entire caucus and divides the other side’s. A full-bore maximalist Roe position (women can have abortions as late as they want in the pregnancy for any reason) does not have the backing of a majority of Americans or of all Democrats.
