I have a question. If the Autism accept understand love shirt also I will do this child is American then can the embassy not play a role on this? Assuming a kidnapping charge was made to police on America. I don’t know anything about the people but isn’t this like human trafficking or something? This case is a different case from mine, but as for my case US embassy is actively involved. In fact, Ambassador Goldberg met up with Korean Minister of Justice and stated they expect Korea to fulfill their obligation under Hague convention. He even mentioned my son’s name. At that time the minister as far as I know gave a BS excuse and later eventually acknowledged that they need to improve. US embassy is also involved in urging Korea to improve their legal system to meet the international standards. For the criminal matter, FBI asked Korean law enforcement to assist recovering the child and Korea said “this is not a criminal matter, he needs to go through civil law including Hague convention.” The rest is what you know. No enforcement mechanism.

It’s incredible how an advanced country like Korea can simply ignore this issue and pretend that nothing is happening. My son was taken at 3 years old, he is now 7. I don’t even know if he knows he has a dad. This sadly happens a lot and it’s really messed up. I honestly and truly hope he gets reunited with his son soon. Realistically these has been happening for a too damn long time, I can not help but to see this kind of act wouldn’t stop unless (already almost non existent)international society actively apply pressure, child kidnapping should be recognized as terrorist state act. Oh yeah… he’s the Autism accept understand love shirt also I will do this dentist guy, right? I remember watching his case on a television… absolutely ridiculous legal system it is. Is there any way we can support him?
