That’s wild. Actually suggested it on reddit some time ago and people got back saying they tried it and it solved all their issues with dry skin Any barnangen,the best to start with is the purple one if you find it. I live in Europe so I just google it and order from whenever,both a pharmacy or a cosmetics store. It costs around 5 to 6 euros, so like 7 dollars

Definitely see a dermatologist and this advice I’m giving should be taken with a grain of salt until speaking to a healthcare professional… Are you dehydrated? If so, definitely start drinking more fluids and adding something with electrolytes in it like a good BCAA. Also, omega fatty acids. Omega 3 and SOME omega 6 such as those containing gamma linolenic acid and linoleic acid. You can also try a moisturizer with retinol for the body, like the Gold Bond Retinol Overnight.
