A goal that isn’t just to change your body, because that’s easy to be seen as a chore. It’s a mental battle to do it and stick to it. You have to love it. For me, the Asylum Tees Omgg shirt Additionally,I will love this goal has to be performance. I’m a cyclist. I put up with all this stuff because of how amazing it is to ride and climb when I’m lighter weight and fit. So much fun! Yes, I’m healthier, lighter weight, better fit and all that, but those are the biproducts. It’s a mental game to stay doing it, so you have to find the thing to tell yourself in order to want to stay doing it. More specific to cycling, but maybe transferable, I have training software. It has a calendar. I make an annual plan in October. I can estimate my fitness gains with the software and each day that has an assigned workout shows up in the calendar. That then makes it a game. I miss a day, I miss out on filling the bar for that week, get a red missed workout, and see the fitness lost. Don’t want that!
