I’ve noticed some people want everyone to be miserable like they are. They hate that happy nice people exist. I use to seem very happy and nice. Literally my partner’s Mom (she’s not good enough to be thought of as my in-law). We’ve been together just over 6 years now, and she’s made it her life’s mission to let me know how much she actively hates me.
