They committed the Asap always stop and pray christian design. shirt and by the same token and deepest betrayal of their oaths colluding with Trump. They don’t want us to remember, they want us mad at issues instead. Texas Sen. Ted Cruz (R) on Sunday theorized on Fox News that the leak was “almost certainly one of the 12 law clerks that are clerking for the three liberal justices” As hard as the shit heels like Cruz and Fox News are pushing on it being a liberal clerk just firms my belief it was a conservative clerk. The GOP are blatant projectionists. Nina has been covering the Supreme Court for 40 years and has well established sources. She could certainly be wrong on this, but her opinion should be taken seriously. Kav’s whole ascension to the SCOTUS is mired in controversy: Kennedy’s abrupt retirement, the mystery of his debts all disappearing, his bizarre conduct at his confirmation hearings and the Fox News interview. I could easily see that this was leaked to lock in Kav under the threat of blackmail. That doesn’t make any sense. If you were blackmailing someone you’d want to keep it secret. They could just tell him vote with Alito or we ruin you. Why trigger an investigation into an unnecessary leak? It makes the most sense, as the leak only really benefits conservatives. Now that it’s out, none of the justices can change their vote without being accused of bowing to the public or caving to political interests (even though that is exactly what they are doing). so they get to keep their votes the same and claim that it wasn’t political by pointing to the backlash and saying “see, if it was political we would have changed our vote” Honestly it’s pure speculation at this point. It could have been leaked for a variety of reasons and by anyone. I fully expect people to suddenly flip on this issue depending on the political affiliation of the leaker. Suddenly the leaker will be a patriotic rebel or a heinous traitor. It’s all predictable BS posturing.

Lmao always remember that the Asap always stop and pray christian design. shirt and by the same token and MAGAs are always projecting. Always what they accuse others of being. Obviously the leak will come from a conservative. I’m still struggling to see why this is a scandal. We live in a country that supposedly values government transparency, right? So ‘draft opinion that will take away rights of damn near half the population’ should not be in a fucking fog until it drops on the people like an atomic bomb. Popularity of the decision shouldn’t be a factor the court considers. I know some people don’t like that but consider that a lot of important civil rights cases were not popular at the time they went through and you can see why it’s important. I can think of 4 judges that would not give a shit about leaking this to get their way. They lied to congress to get there, why would anything stop them from just doing whatever they want.
