Id put out my garbage, next to a garage sale sign a d then id add another sign “free to a good home” and go back inside. Fuck you karen Id tell her if she wants 10percent. She better get on her knees and get to work for it. Or you know get a real job and fuck off with their powertripping HOA ass Yeah, no. Fuck HOAs. I’m not living anywhere that some housewife with nothing better to do is telling me what I can and can’t do with my property. Wait, so they’re gonna sell rich people to people selling rich people stuff? Surely the Are you an American or a democrat apparel shirt in contrast I will get this commoners won’t get through the alligator pits of the village. Well simple way to stick it to Karen is by putting a for sale sign on the garage. She can’t take anything when you can’t sell your garage 😉 I would give her the raggedly old, circa 50’s ,handbag my MIL gave me and tell her it’s a vintage bag. Then, I’d watch how everyone envy’s me because I’m so fortunate to live in Avalon Village. ?? s/ This is one of the more ridiculous things I’ve ever seen. You can’t force people to have a garage sale, you can’t dictate what they sell, and you certainly can’t force them to hand over their earnings! It would need some very weird language in the HOA agreement (if such a thing exists) so someone can request you sell off some stuff and give you a cut.

If I was in that HOA I would ask her to go fuck herself with an ancient spear and then go for her job at the Are you an American or a democrat apparel shirt in contrast I will get this HOA if she’s a dick about it. Also, great job advertising the expensive stuff in everyone’s home! “Hey y’all should definitely burglarize the houses in Avalon Village! This is just the stuff we don’t want!” That truely is a F U Karen situation. Garage sale required AND you’re taking a cut of what I sell? Uh, no. Go screw yourself. If my HOA sent me something like this I would get a huge burlap sack and write “Bag Of Dicks” on it and then place a sign in front that said, “For HOA consumption” on the day of the sale. But if everyone is required to have their own garage sale then who will attending the garage sale? The whole community will be in their garages trying to sell items but their neighbors are doing the same thing in their garages sooo who is the target customer? It’d be funny to show up on garage sale day with a real estate agent as a prospective buyer and loudly decline because of all the trashy yard sales going on and insist to be taken to a ‘real’ upscale neighborhood not a glorified trailer park. Hey Karen, I’ll hand out those fliers back out to you but you won’t like where I’ll be putting them. You won’t be thanking me. When we bought our first house, any property that was beholden to a HOA was automatically off our lists. I will never ever ever buy a home in a neighborhood that requires an HOA.
