It’s such a flawed system, these cops think they are doing a good job. Whatever behavioral issues she may be experiencing needs to be dealt with with more empathy because 9 times out of 10 at 6 years old, that behavior is caused by something going on at home or something she’s going through on an emotional/mental level. She doesn’t know how to express or regulate her own emotions and therefore resorts to things like violence. Show a little love and compassion to a CHILD and teach them the right way with love and patience and you will see a difference. This is not it.
