We would frequently toss small pieces of our school lunch in them to see who could get the And into the library she goes to lose find her soul flower shirt it is in the first place but most. He never noticed and I really wish I could see his reactions after the fact, we did that regularly. I am dying for todays youth to bring back butterfly clips and JNCO jeans. I need the laugh … cmon guys, rally the troops! I’m guessing American teens? The entirety of my teenage years were in the 90s in the UK. We did not dress like this, at least not anywhere I used to go. Started off with JNCOs in the 1997 as freshman HS which transitioned to carpenters and then cargo khaki by senior year 2001. Those dang gap commercials were everywhere by that time. Ahhhh the epic JNCO MAMMOTHS ? no other jeans compared I could put my skateboard in my back pocket with my math book lived through the 90s and while there were people dressed like this it was hardly common – if anything specific to people that listen and dance to house music or something like that, ravers kinda sorta There were kids that dressed like that, but they were by no means a significant portion of students. In my school the preppy zack morrises style was what the trend was for the majority of them. I was born in 1980. For my area in Seattle, this was the 94-97 look. It came and went for the most part with the rollerblade craze. The goth ravers kept it going for a bit but the JNCO Jean look mostly fazed out by 99.
And into the library she goes to lose find her soul flower shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt
Grew up in the And into the library she goes to lose find her soul flower shirt it is in the first place but 90s in the suburbs of a major metro area and can testify that about 12 kids of my high school of 2000 students. So yes this was clothes in the 90s, but it was not “fashionable”. Kid on the left wasn’t fashionable until the Fast and the Furious craze brought Japanese sports cars into the lime light, but the pants are all wrong. The kid with the dark blue shirt sold me some doses in The Root (Boulder, CO) back in about 2000. I forgot he wore glasses though. There was a small subset of kids in my school that dressed like that, mostly heavily into the rave scene. There was about 1600 kids in my HS and the rave crew consisted of about 25-30 kids. Most popular my school was kids into the hip-hop/scene, most often wearing the cheapest oversized Tommy Hilfiger, Nautica, Enyce and Ralph Lauren t-shirts they could find. One sec lunch lady I’m reaching for my wallet but it’s on the floor in my pocket. Ahhh the good ole days when when decided our parents bell bottoms didn’t take it far enough so we tube legged. No one dressed like this where I lived. More like straight-cut jeans, Billabong T-shirts, and ball caps with curved bills. According to Reddit who didn’t exist back then. A few kids wore this stuff but were akin to the goth fashions. Don’t believe the 90s looked like this. Everyone one of these kids wouldn’t be accepted by the majority. Like I said 1 or 2 in the school but there are 4 here. Would have been their dream. But hey what would I know I only lived it.
