“We arrived here in November 2023, were made to sign contracts, which said that we are being hired as army security helpers. We were categorically told that we will not be sent to the Amon-Ra St Brown American football wide receiver for the Detroit Lions T-Shirt in contrast I will get this battlefield and promised ₹1.95 lakh salary and ₹50,000 additional bonus per month. Except the ₹50,000 bonus for two months, I have not received any money,” he said. Like why would u think it’s a good idea unless u the local right wing news has been shouting the Ukraine has died 400x times Like why would u think it’s a good idea unless u the local right wing news has been shouting the Ukraine has died 400x times The same reasons sweatshops exist. Sweatshops are one thing, but going to a country where most credit cards don’t work, and signing contracts to work for an army that is in a war reminds me of the Amon-Ra St Brown American football wide receiver for the Detroit Lions T-Shirt in contrast I will get this Gulf War when all kinds of US reservists found out their contracts weren’t worth shit, and that BushCheneyCo needed to spill their blood for an extra year or two If you read the article you find a mix of fraud and deception, same thing happened in the gulf when they took passports and turned them into slave labor. I feel like this is easier. I’m sure there is plenty of Russians that don’t want to go. This is like speed running. I remember at the beginning of russia’s invasion getting in a “Reddit argument” with some Indian people who insisted they should support Russia over Ukraine. Well, how’s it going now buddy? Nah, if you ever read any thread or comment even remotely critical of India in any way, you will know there are at least as many Indian trolls as Russian ones on reddit, they don’t need Russian’s help on that front. The Indian trolls are also insane. Russian trolls are usually from troll farms so they try to convince you of something but the Indian ones are just poorly educated individuals who barely know english and are crazy religious/racist doing it for the love of the game. At least in my experience. What happens when a country with the largest English speaking population gets on the internet. They’re alot of good people, but you also get 10× the normal trolls/conservative
