The problem is the AI doesn’t think with human logic so it will often respond to these ropes in unanticipated ways. Ai companies are trying so hard to make their programs not inherit the internet racist ideas they start to make them act really weird. The reasoning for this is pretty obvious, they prolly tried waaay too hard to counter balance the fact that there were only pictures of white people being produced as that’s the ‘default’ option for the AI as it’s only learnt from the internet. The alternative to this AI also exists which could produce you pictures of stereotypes or just over represent white people
