As somebody who recently quit drinking, and was suffering from alcohol dependency, do not start. This is the American professional baseball left fielder for the Milwaukee Brewers christian yelich go mil T-Shirt also I will do this most vile filthy shit you could ever do to yourself. This shit is poison. I wish I never started. I am on my current journey to complete sobriety and the cravings and withdrawals are absolutely not worth it. Now, if it’s here and there once in a blue moon for an anniversary or special occasion, sure have a beer or two but never, and I mean never let it get a hold of you. It will grab you by the throat with no mercy, and absolutely destroy everything you have, everything you’re worth, and destroy you until your last dying breath. Don’t start drinking. You change when you drink and it gets worse over time. People will want you to drink and then they’ll take advantage of you. It’s a destroyer of relationships and it just gets worse for you in terms of health as you age. It’s a dangerous habit and you’ll feel lucky in the beginning but it’s just fooling you. Don’t start and you’ll be a better person and you’ll have a better life.

It is a good idea to not start, especially at this age and especially if you have no desire to start. But, try not to stress or obsess over it. If you do try a beer, let it be just that. It doesn’t mean you have to start drinking one every day. I started drinking, occasionally, in high school. It wasn’t casual tho. If I drank, I got super fucked up. Some of the American professional baseball left fielder for the Milwaukee Brewers christian yelich go mil T-Shirt also I will do this worst decisions I’ve made in my life have involved alcohol in some capacity. That’s not everyone’s situation tho. It sounds like you’re very mature and self-aware. So just be responsible with it if you do try it. And if you realize you can’t partake responsibly, then pull back (easier said than done tho). Honestly it’s a great decision, having a beer on the couch every now and then is fun, but tbh waking up hungover, groggy and not being able to do the shit you really enjoy isn’t fun.
