You are male, I assume, so unless your growth was impeded, your body did not develop properly (testicles forming and descending, voice lowering, developping more body hair then pre-pubessence, etc) lack of testosterone would not be my first concern. What’s much more important than what your parents think (or randos on Reddit think) is: what do you think? Are you happy with yourself? A blood test is the only way to know if your testosterone is high or low but there are many other factors that determine how a person behaves besides hormones. There no one way for a 19yo male or female person to be. “Normal” is bullshit.

I have a feeling it would do you good to talk to a therapist about your life, your parents statement, etc. You don’t have to have a mental illness to talk to a therapist and you can probably find one through school or a community organization that’s low/no-fee if that’s an issue. My only regret about seeing a therapist is I wish I hadn’t waited until I was 40 years old. If I had gone to one when I was 19 I know my life would have been easier. lol. Ask them to let you get a blood test, maybe that will shut them up. I believe what you really mean though is that you are avoidant not simply calm and quiet.
