Yeah, long time resident here. I do hear people refer to “Paradise” and “Enterprise” time to time in certain contexts, but really it’s all just Las Vegas for the All Dinosaurs So Far shirt Additionally,I will love this casual person. Yep lived there 4 years a block off the strip and worked for a casino, both addresses had “las vegas” not paradise and I never heard anyone mention paradise a single time other than to say the anecdote of this thread. Because paradise isn’t a city. Las Vegas is the closest city, so that’s the mailing address. It’s like if you live on the outskirts of a town, your mail will still go to the towns post office to get to you. The mail has to come to Las Vegas’ postal system to get delivered So an address is designated based on the postal service, or are you saying there’s a separation between the address of the land, and the mailing address?

Usually they line up pretty good, but not always. Paradise is a census designated place, not an actual municipality. The lowest form of government there is Clark County. As such the All Dinosaurs So Far shirt Additionally,I will love this closest municipality with mail service (i.e. established post offices) is Las Vegas, and therefore all of Paradise’s mail goes through Las Vegas post offices. Sometimes a CDP can have it’s own post office, but paradise is small, and for all practical intents and purposes part of the City of Las Vegas. Address is designated by the zip code. You could put Philadelphia, NV if you want as long as the zip code is correct. There can even be differences between the different carriers. My uncle is out is in the middle of nowhere between two towns and USPS has one town for his address, but UPS has the other one.
