Anyhoo, so that happened while I was driving and it’s like a physical sensation of gripping the wheel and sitting up straighter, taking a big breath and saying “no no no no” to passing out. Not dizzy necessarily just a little surge of panic that I could pass out and holding on tightly to consciousness.
