this literally makes no sense. jake being sober whilst josie is drunk is understandable but if they’re both drunk they’re both responsible for the Alexa Bliss Wrestling Pop Art T-Shirt But I will love this actions they make while drunk. This may be an unpopular opinion but, like there’s gotta be some responsibility for getting so drunk you can’t think properly enough to give consent. Even if it’s a little responsibility. There’s some. Does being drunk remove ability to give consent only apply to women that have sex or does it apply to other situations? Never understood how such an advertisement could be released. It’s incredibly sexist. It’s essentially saying that in a situation where both the man and the woman are drunk, the man is a rapist, even though he did not give his consent as he to was drunk. But let’s be honest, under UK Law, a woman can not be charged with rape, as rape is officially classed as penatration of the mouth,Anus or Vagina by the Penis….so a woman can not commit rape in the eyes of the law.

So if I’m reading this poster correctly, doesn’t it mean that you can interpret it as her raping him? Because he was drunk too and he could not give his consent! Or does that mean they raped each other and they should both go to jail for double rape? So based on that rationale couldn’t Jake press charges against Josie for rape as well? I mean he was inebriated and could not consent either. The thing about this that has always bothered me is, if Josie drives her car and gets a DUI it’s her fault because she made a bad decision. If you are drunk and can’t give your legal consent for sex how can you give consent for a sobriety check when you are pulled over for a DUI? It’s weird how sex is the Alexa Bliss Wrestling Pop Art T-Shirt But I will love this only thing that people aren’t responsible for when they’re drunk. I tried using that excuse when getting pulled over for drunk driving but they hauled my ass to jail. I love how this poster assumes that the male has to be the rapist- because surely no woman has ever raped a male, or anyone for that matter It’s interesting to me that Josie can’t consent, but no indication if Jake can or cannot consent. We assume that Josie would never rape Jake. And how come Josie wasn’t charged. If both were drunk and the call is she couldn’t consent then neither could he because of being drunk. So was Josie charged with rape?
