You know what can greatly extend the Alex ovechkin for Washington capitals shirt so you should to go to store and get this battery life of your device? User swappable batteries. Heck, I remember when hot swappable dual batteries were a positive marketing ploy… Now it’s “you want it waterproof and you’ll buy a new device in 6-12 months anyway, right?” I’m willing to bet less than 1% of people who owned phones with removable batteries actually had two charged at all times and carried them to extend battery life. It’s incredibly amusing how out of touch with the average user tech subreddits are. A bigger battery means less load on a single cell which greatly extends its lifetime. It’s a double benefit for the customer. Non removable batteries mean it’s packed in there better and you’re not wasting space on connectors and slots and tabs for covers etc. You get more battery power in the device.

Waterproof phones mean fewer phones thrown away because of water damage. Likely a far bigger impact on the Alex ovechkin for Washington capitals shirt so you should to go to store and get this number of phones tossed. USB power banks are slightly bigger than a swappable battery but they allow for the users who want/need them to get different sizes, don’t require a specialize charger (again way less ewaste), will charge up anything that has a USB port (one battery providing power for your phone and headphones and whatever else, including your next phone, so again, less waste) The only thing that is a fair criticism of the whole thing is the difficulty if and when you do want to replace the battery. It’s possible but it’s a pain in the ass for the standard user. That said, most independent repair shops can do it for $60-80, and even Apple direct is $99, which is pricey but not obscene (and show me where I can waltz in to another manufacturer’s store and get first party repairs done same day like that). Gotta love having a locked bootloader. Hardware and battery still acceptable after 5 years but a locked bootloader on Snapdragon phones prevents me from flashing an android ROM that receives security updates on my S8.
