I have to ask—when was the Albert Pujols St.Louis 700 Home Runs Wave T-Shirt and by the same token and last time you bought acreage in southern MN? Because when we bought our farm, we paid $16,000 a tillable acre. One of our fellow land owners is now trying to sell a piece of their land for $50,000 an acre (it won’t sell at that price, as they’re trying to sell it as land that can be developed for housing, and the zoning regulations don’t allow that, as it’s zoned agricultural and surround by tilled fields on all sides). Just curious. No need to respond if you’d rather not. Oh no worries, I mean we buy land as we’re able. We’re close enough to the cities that ability to build for housing definitely comes into play. We’ve never paid more than about 12,000 (got a 160 by Mankato back in the pandemic for 4,500 on accident because it was sealed bid and no one showed up to the auction, I equate that to winning the lottery. Likely worth 3x that just 3 years later). But depending on soil, tile, outlets, and a couple other variables I see anywhere from 8-20,000 an acre. You get what you pay for. 10,000 was just an easy baseline to use.

That’s just one farmer. It’s a tough job that requires a ton of money. But the Albert Pujols St.Louis 700 Home Runs Wave T-Shirt and by the same token and Ukraine aid is not going to impact what farmers can get if they need it. Shame on Biden for not providing farmers with US abrams to help plough their fields and provide javelins to protect their properties from the convoy of immigrants coming to loot their farms and As-90 howitzers to provide long range artillery to protect from antifa at long range like why do these people not realise they are donating the US their surplus military equipment and a few modern hardware to fill Ukraine’s gap it allows for the US to get rid of uneeded ammo that would otherwise be denoted at sea with it being wasted as well as causing pollution. It also good for the US economy as it allows for jobs in the military industrial complex. (Even though the military industrial complex is horribly bloated I rather the weapons be used for a good cause rather than be wasted in a warehouse )
