It’s okay to stumble and fall. You’re clearly very very bright and capable, so I’m not going to comment on your current professional situation. I’m certain you’ll be where you belong soon enough. I’m sorry you’re going through such a terrible time. Just know that it’ll get better. You won’t always be here. You are not your decisions. Those can be influenced by a lot of things, your mental health being a core one of them. You’re a smart and capable person. Don’t lose sight of that. Please stick to therapy or whatever medical regimen you may be on. Sooner than you know it everything will fall in place. All of this positive nonsense may seem run of the Alabama Crimson Tide Kappa Alpha Theta Parents Weekend 10 21 2023 The University Of Alabama shirt Apart from…,I will love this mill and preaching but I’ll add a little context. I was terrible in school, average marks in both 10th and 12th. I was called a disappointment by almost everyone. I was seemingly terminally ill as a teenager. Put my head down at 18, took a loan to do a slightly expensive course. Excelled at my academics for the first time. Got a job at my alma mater earning a decent amount. Everything seemingly aligned till recently, where I’m in therapy for what may be Bipolar 2 disorder. The takeaway from this is life and progress are never linear and you’re going to be fine. I’m sure you’ll be in brighter times soon.

Bro you got out at the Alabama Crimson Tide Kappa Alpha Theta Parents Weekend 10 21 2023 The University Of Alabama shirt Apart from…,I will love this worst possible time, IT Industry is not doing very well. Contact friends and look for linkedin referrals, maybe attend some global communities where you can meet new people potentially get a referral. Good Luckbro you cracked IIT this will be less harder in comparison, you can easily get out of it. In the professional world things such as batchmates and their positions do not matter. What matters is what you want to do. Do not compare what your friends have achieved. If you are unable to cope with the tasks and competition in startups then try to get into a bigger MNC. Reach out to your friends and ask them to refer for the most basic or fresher jobs in their companies. Of course salary will be low, but perhaps your WLB will be better and slowly you will rise in ranks. You are still young for career change also if IT is not something you see yourself grow. The only thing you need to stop is comparing yourself to others and start afresh.
