Honestly, I like to see what my own body is capable of. Also growing up as a skinny kid while being constantly told I wasn’t athletic enough certainly helps to push me now! The high I get after a great work out, or the Ain’t Nothin’ But A African American Santa Claus With Sunglasses Christmas Pajama T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this high after several days of great work outs in a row. I chase that feeling. I probably get that true “high” maybe 4 times a year, but it’s so worth it. Better than any drug or any night out I’ve had. Now, working out clears my mind and makes me feel better. Its crazy how hard you can push yourself and this body of ours can endure. I am yet to reach my goal but I’m working towards it. This keeps me motivated! I was in enough pain at one point in time. I exercised until the pain in the muscles drowned the pain in the heart and when I was happy again , I was already habituated to exercising. It’s the only thing i do for myself not to make me feel guilty. Plus it makes me look better, in my eyes at least, so there’s that. There is no motivation. You are spending too long in the negotiation stage with yourself. You need to do it whether you feel motivated to or not. Are you motivated to put on your pants every morning? Or do you just fucking do it?
