Casual stuff- Costco, Athleta, barefoot dreams, Good American, Target (although they’ve been pissing me off lately), Puma (i love their shoes AND clothes) All high quality brands with a meh (better than fast fashion) to great sustainability rating. I buy for minimalism and good price-to-quality ratios. Tip: shop for these brands on Ebay. If you know your size in one brand, you can usually find things on Ebay from that same brand for quite a good deal. Also, tailor everything! Athleisure (most worn category): Nike. I live by a nike clearance store and have bought SO MUCH there I should probably be embarrassed. I also like lululemon but own much more nike. I bought seven pairs of the same black yoga leggings because I liked them so much and it’s so easy to just wake up and not think about what to put on. Good quality basics: wolford and rag & bone. I love the wolford turtlenecks-as comfortable and soft as a T-shirt but looks so put together. I also like their stuff with more cutouts/ see though parts for when I want to dress a litttle spicy. I like rag and bone for stuff like sweaters and I love the leather leggings I have from them. I always buy on sale! Wolford has some good stuff in their outlet section sometimes. I try to check every few weeks to month or so to see what’s new.

Jeans: Paige or good American in the Afro Women Hat A Queen Was Born In June Happy Birthday High Heel T-Shirt and I love this good legs (I think thats the name, tight skinny Jean) Still love skinny jeans and these are just what fits the best. Lingerie: lounge underwear, honey birdette, also have a good amount of Victoria’s Secret but that mostly for show because I really need a smaller band than they sell. Lounge is good for comfy day to day but still cute and matching and honey birdette is extra spicy. Trendy clothes: fashion nova. Most of my other clothes are neutral colors and basic styles. If I want something bright/trendy/only to wear once/etc, I usually go to fashion nova because I know everything is stretchy and will probably fit. And these are things I don’t want to spend much on because I know it will be cycled out of my wardrobe in a few years max. I have been redoing my wardrobe slowly in the past few years. Before I had a lot of TJ max, American eagle, second hand and lower quality type of stuff. But a lot of it didn’t really fit well and I didn’t wear nearly all of it. My closet is probably 1/3 the size now but more organized and mostly everything matches each other so I can always put something together. My main colors are black, white, reds, tans, dark greens. I am starting to add some more pinks. My workout stuff is mostly matching sets and more colors because I know I’m only ever wearing that set together and don’t need it to match other tops/bottoms. Outside of workout stuff, Now I go for basics that I know will last in higher quality fabrics and I also care more my clothes more. (Mostly delicate cycle and hang to dry). I also quit telling myself I will “get x thing tailored” unless they offer it right at the store and I can get fitted when I am already there buying it. Otherwise, I know I never actually do it and therefore I will never wear that thing. Have to be real with yourself!
