Phone appointments are a real issue with that. Round here you have to call at 8am to get an “on the Adley Rutschman Signature American professional baseball catcher Baltimore Diamond Name T-Shirt in other words I will buy this day” phone appointment. But that can be any time that morning and meantime my kids need to get to school… My phone does not always pick up in the car (and even if it did I don’t want to discuss in front of the kids I cannot hide from in the car) but there is no way to tell them to avoid that 15 minute chunk. Sounded peeved that I was doing something when we had a scheduled phone call and I’m sat there like ‘duh, it’s 08.45 and I wasn’t expecting the Adley Rutschman Signature American professional baseball catcher Baltimore Diamond Name T-Shirt in other words I will buy this call until about 5pm’. It is crazy that they expect you to not be doing anything though, god forbid you take care of your dental health My doctor sent out a text confirming the surgery it’s at. I get there they say its telephone. No problem I’ll walk back to the car and wait for the call. They call 25 minutes late by which point I’m driving and miss it. I was kept waiting for 45mins because the doc was busy talking to a friend & for my appointment took less than 5 mins & did not diagnose properly & told me to take nose spray for an ear ache. That earned them £125 for 5bmins of misdiagnosus
