So they don’t follow mutually agreed norms and are a pain in the arse to deal with even for other agencies. Not surprised they don’t have a good reputation

They open much later than other estate agents so people work long hours. Employees who want a less pressured work life will leave so you are mainly left with very motivated people who will do anything for the sale but the top performers will make good money. The issue with the job is that, if you hit your targets, you can quite easily hit £60K a year, when you make that, you can’t move into another job as any other starting salary is going to be about half of that.
