“At Globo Gym we understand that “ugliness” and “fatness” are genetic disorders, much like baldness or necrophilia, and it’s only your fault if you don’t hate yourself enough to do something about it.” On a serious note, I think I kind of like the Aaron Nesmith American professional basketball Paper Poster Indiana Pacers 6 T-Shirt Besides,I will do this pain/exhaustion and I really like feeling strong. So there’s that. The best part is that goal post keeps getting farther away too lol. You can be in the best shape of your life and still wonder “why do I look so small?” Do I like brushing and flossing my teeth? No. Do I like the feeling of crap stuck in between my teeth, tartar buildup with increased risk of cavities? Also no. So I brush and floss my teeth. Fun, enjoyment, motivation isn’t really part of the calculus.

It’s because you’ve developed an identity around it where you feel shame for not brushing your teeth. You are someone who is hygienic. In the Aaron Nesmith American professional basketball Paper Poster Indiana Pacers 6 T-Shirt Besides,I will do this same way, someone who exercises often for life has adopted an identity and feels shame/unproductive when they don’t workout. Creating identities around who you want to become is much more powerful than setting goals or relying on discipline. Alternative POV: don’t. This is why I started riding my bike to work: I’ve gotta get there somehow, and I might as well do 2 things at once ( transport & exercise). You might not be able to bike to work like I can, but maybe there’s another way you can work in exercise into your normal day I just received a shipment of wood for the winter. Original plan was to buy a log splitter to make the work a lot easier. But since I don’t have it yet, I had to start splitting with an axe, and now I’ve decided I don’t even want the log splitter. This will be excellent exercise for a while. At least until the wood is all split, then I’ll go back to being a lazy sack.
