Most people in the 90’s did not dress like that, though. I dont want that trend coming back. Please don’t come back. Oh how I loved flipping through and dog-earing nearly every page of Alloy.com’s ‘zine/catalog every season… I truly wish I still had them! Ehhhhh…. no one in the 90s had hair like the kid on the left. The 2nd kid’s hairstyle maybe, but not green or any other color. Is this photo really from the 90s? The girl looks like a modern weebo/e-girl except for the platform clogs which I don’t remember those being a thing either. The guy’s pants look like they were stolen from My 600-lb Life.

It’s funny, I moved all around the A Big Piece Of My Heart Lives In Heaven Butterflies shirt in addition I really love this US during the 90s and never remember this being that popular. There would be like 1 kid rocking those jeans and everyone even then agreed it looked dumb. Jnco baby! I had friends who wore those and I thought that they looked cool. My parents never allowed me to get a pair. Not a single khaki shorts/wife beater/Hawaiian-shirt-with-dragons-on combo in sight. No DBZ, no band shirts, no frosted tips, no Oakleys… What delusional version of the 90s is this? 90’s teen here. That’s more early 2000’s fashion. At least where I was, grunge was huge. Ripped jeans, doc martens, tear away adidas pants and band t-shirts were the big thing. Oh, and yin-yang jewelry. So much of it.
