So first of all, I know it’s healthy so I just do it is the 60th Birthday Vintage 1963 Never Understimate A Football Player T-Shirt moreover I love this main one. It’s like cooking in a way, I do love cooking, but I don’t like how much time I have to spend on it, ultimately I justify the entire time cost of cooking (4-5 hours every sat & sun) to my long-term health. Third is I’ve found workouts over time that I really like – running is fun, relaxing, and I feel like I genuinely used my body for its intended purpose afterwards. Again with getting in basic shape, it feels good to work up a sweat without killing yourself. Lifting is awesome because it’s basically a lifelong project, there are so many workouts and you can continue to make incremental progress, and then obviously you get to enjoy looking and feeling stronger.

Finally – it’s been a part of my life for so long it’s part of who I am. This is the 60th Birthday Vintage 1963 Never Understimate A Football Player T-Shirt moreover I love this goal that everyone should work towards, it’s kind of like compounding interest on your 401k, after a certain point the “motivation” required kind of goes away and you just do it. You don’t think about it, you aren’t excited, and your mind isn’t trying to convince you not to do it. It just happens, like eating. Yeah you have to put some effort in to scramble eggs, but most of the time you just do it without thinking about it much. This piece has kind of an ebb and flow to it – I’ll have days where I’m feeling less motivated, or go through periods, but this compounded interest that keeps me going on those days. Then I’ll come back and it’ll be easy for a while. Back and forth, like everything else in life.
