If they spray can cause physiological and psychological effects on human beings then why the 5th Line Crest Columbus Blue shirt in addition I really love this hell is it still being sold? Sure is nice that Texas solved all the other crimes so they now have time to go after high schoolers and fart spray. The problem is not the ‘Fart spray’ cans. You need good guys with ‘Fart spray’ cans to protect against the bad guys with ‘Fart spray’ cans. Yes, because fart spray is a “prohibited weapon” in Texas. If only they’d brought AR-15s instead, it wouldn’t have been a problem. /s Jesus fucking Christ Texass. Everyone’s entitled to as many guns and as much ammo as they can hoard, but fart spray use is a felony deadly weapon? Are you fucking serious? They used enough to cause the entire school to be evacuated, and several students required hospitalization. So maybe …. just maybe …. they went a tab overboard. This isn’t about whether they went overboard, and it’s not about whether they should face consequences. It’s about whether high schoolers should be hit with felony charges. You’re a bloodthirsty outrage addict if you think this is a remotely proportionate response. The “hospitalizations” were for minor nausea from the smell, they were released from the hospital almost immediately after they figured out what was going on. Funny how you felt the need to leave that part out.

It’s possible the 5th Line Crest Columbus Blue shirt in addition I really love this livestock can be scared and bite or scratch people, causing illness or disease and requiring hospital visits. Fart spray, even if they bought 100 of em, would seem less dangerous to me, especially if I were still a teen. Municipal justice 101 really…trials cost the city/state money, especially if the accused qualifies for a PD…the whole system is rigged against the defendant(s). That’s what they get for living in Texas… Texas would still allow slavery if not for the civil war. Since they don’t have slavery, they now have prisons for profit and an entire system designed to take money from the poor. I would bet these kids come from poor families or are not white. They definitely aren’t related to power- a last name of a government official or someone with money or a “name”.
