I think it’s pretty patriotic to highlight the flaws of your country, society, government, etc… and demand change. Edit: I’m not any more comfortable with it being a no nonsense show targeted at short segments for schools. I don’t like the lack of integrity CNN and other cable networks exhibit and I don’t want any cable news network making content shown in schools. You let them do it and FOX News will demand a foothold. CNN shouldn’t be in classrooms anyway, but neither should “patriotic videos”. I’ve always found it so strange that our schools are HEAVILY steeped in patriotism, but other government funded facilities are not. Politics shouldn’t be in put schools, AT ALL!, Kids should be there to learn. Not be future soldiers in your bullshit Political wars. If I had to guess, it’s simple indoctrination. Impress upon children YOUR personal values, and they are likely to follow everything you say. Yet another way the government controls the people. Sickening. Sigh boomers and millenials discussing where kids get news. I assure you they aren’t watching any TV , there is this thing called snap and youtube
