I don’t care at all, if I could get a nice house for a decent price, it could have belonged to Fred West for all I care You don’t need to disclose it, there’s a public access crime map that will show that and ever other crime committed ever. Certainly can’t hide it. Pretty much. It might just be at street level but it’s pretty impossible to hide. I could see where stuff had happened on my street. It’s called the 5 Tee Higgin shirt But I will love this national crime database and it goes back for years…. If you see a murder it won’t be hard to find where it was in the street. The organised crime relation would concern me far more than a murder. I personally based on that wouldn’t touch it see others comments on this as well. I’d be concerned someone still assumes its a crack den and comes in and well its already had one gang related murder you are aware of

5 Tee Higgin shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Depends if it’s county lines stuff or high falutin top end criminals. If it’s the 5 Tee Higgin shirt But I will love this latter I doubt there would be any bother from a being disturbed point of view. I’ve probably get downvoted but yes it should be disclosed. I posted this in another Reddit topic where a buyer was distraught to be told about a suicide which everyone else knew about including the solicitors but they refused to disclose it, I was repeatedly told you don’t need to disclose it and downvoted repeatedly. But reading online, you should as it could affect the potential purchasers. Whilst there is no direct question on the property information form for it, you still need to describe it accurately. I’m sure the only exceptions were natural deaths.
