Why do a big party? Would a lunch with OP’s boss and a logical group of coworkers not suffice? I’ve never seen a big sendoff for someone with a tenure of only 4 years at a company. Hey if it’s on their dollar, why not? I totally get it though since you don’t really care for seeing those co-workers. Here’s how I look at it, If I’m leaving a job it’s because I don’t like it or found something better. I don’t want my farewell party I want my last paycheck and to go home. I get it man. Social situations like this can be truly awkward and challenging to work in. But I would say fuck the 4th of July Independence day American Flag T-Shirt and I love this ones who don’t like you and have the farewell party. If your boss offered, then I’m sure they probably like you. Take the lunch and enjoy the memories. Focus on the good times you had rather than the last six months. Everything has its end, and this seems like the end of this time for you. But enjoy it as much as possible.

4th of July Independence day American Flag T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

No way in hell I would go if I didn’t want to. But then again I never participate in any outside of work activities. I’m a pretty matter of fact no bs person and luckily my boss appreciates it. So i just do what I want. Six one way.. do what you feel. Work’s work, if you want a free lunch (well, free monetarily) then accept. If you don’t want to deal with that last bit of politics, decline. Best of luck! No. I worked for a company for 5 years and called out on the 4th of July Independence day American Flag T-Shirt and I love this day of my farewell party because I didn’t feel like acting nice to people I didn’t care for. It’s free lunch and if the people who don’t like you don’t show then even better. Take the free food, and fuck the rest of em. Take ur friends from the workplace out for some drinks, in private. No need to invite everyone, for some wouldnt come and it ll just make u feel bad. Also, i dont see why u ll wanna spend ur money to say goodbye to some people u dont really care about. So yeah, private party or better yet, tell people about it, but give out invitations or sum, mentioning “yeah, i want only people who are profesionals/social/whatever to come, bc some people around here are lame etc etc”. Might not be as good as being loved by everyone, but u ll at least have some dignity. Have fun at ur party Oh I would go and live it up on the free food and hopefully booze. You are never seeing these people again. Just have fun and know tomorrow those people who dislike you will turn into nothing but a memory
