Not as many people have “fixed wages” as you think and lots of people have been underpromoted so they get some more responsibility but not as much pay as others doing that job because it’s supposedly a different job or something. Best thing about my last job: Very heavy union presence, and just a fucking Excell sheet taped up somewhere, showing “Years worked here” “Level of Training”, and wage. You worked here for 4 years, and got your level 2? Well, here’s the 48 Years Of Rocky 1976 – 2024 Thank You For The Memories Signatures Shirt Additionally,I will love this wage. Level 0 being “I can be left alone for an hour and I won’t hurt myself (probably)”, and level 5 being “I can run and problemshoot every post on this production line as well as train newcomers in any post.”You wanted a bigger wage? Well, you know what to do. Clear path of advancement and wage transparency. Was kind of adorable to hear the new guys brag about getting their ‘level one’ and suddenly seeing their wage shoot up by a € an hour. Schools telling kids not to defend themselves. Or the bullied child who finally defends themselves getting penalized.

I understand how things can get out of hand. Big school yard supervisors turn a blind eye to a lot of things that happen on the 48 Years Of Rocky 1976 – 2024 Thank You For The Memories Signatures Shirt Additionally,I will love this school yard. And they are often too busy gossiping to pay attention to the children. My son’s friend was constantly being bullied by another kid. And every time they went to a supervisor they wouldn’t see it and just say, “Next time he will be taken to the principal “. Well after about 6 times of this, my son defended his friend. The bully had my son’s friend pinned down to the ground. He ripped his winter coat and he beat him up. My son had enough of the supervisors never seeing anything. So he grabbed the bully by the scruff of his jacket and flung him away from his friend. Had he been caught doing that, he would of been suspended or had detention.
