I recently returned to practicing zazen after just… not doing it for a long time. I prefer tai chi. But I still find immense benefit in zazen. Anyways, ever since trying to return again, I’ve noticed a terrible tension in my chest. I’ve used breathing exercises to neutralize that, but I face a far bigger foe: I seem to have become near obsessed with controlling my breathing It is rather stressful, and I can only hope that I haven’t awakened some Somatic OCD or something (perhaps I should consult a psychiatrist as well) But it feels like my attention will randomly focus on my breathing. This used to be wonderful, especially when I first began. But it feels like the 33 years of 1991 2023 Kid Rock signature shirt Additionally,I will love this way I’ve started breathing has become counterintuitive?

Does anyone or has anyone suffered from chest tension and hyperfixation on the 33 years of 1991 2023 Kid Rock signature shirt Additionally,I will love this breath during their practice? How did you get past this? What should I do in the meantime to make the time i breath like this more bearable? The original Transformers cartoon and universe (from G1 until Beast Machines) had all this stuff about transformers being created by a alien race as basically labor and gladiators and the fact that they were given personality by vector sigma in a way that makes sense they are not “just robots” but sentient beings with everything, even gender perception. But basically in the original cartoon they introduced female cybertronians so the cast was not just “male robots” which makes sense from a logical point of view but gets messy if you try to explain in lore way a robot has gender o even gendered characteristics like breasts. BUT the important part is that the dude ranting in the image is extremely out of the loop because that “transgender female autobot” was part of a comic continuity (the IDW longrun of Transformers) which was a separete universe/continuity in itself so the characters in it are not the sames as the original cartoon, in this story arcee is forcefully transgendered (did i make that word?) from male to female in a plotline but it was bad received by fans and readers and some people said it was even something kinda transfobic. The funny thing is that this comic is from like 15 years ago and is not something recent so all the argument is just made up bullshit
