Idk it depends on the 30th anniversary a league of their own clasisc shirt In addition,I will do this job, I’m a bar tender, boat captain and a ski instructor people are really nice to me. When I worked for att not so much. Granted it was me providing a big Corp service vs providing my business. Every single day I probably get at least 2 people who want my job taken away because I ask them for information that I need to assist them. I’ve gotten responses of “my word isn’t good enough” “Do you even understand English” “I’ve been called a women even though I’m a man and informed them of such. Even things like “bye Felicia” is now common. I’m not sure what happened to people but Ive done customer service for over a decade and the lack of mutual respect is just gone nowaday.

A good way to “fix” the situation if a slip does happen is just saying something as simple as “Sorry I know it’s not your fault I’m just frustrated”.
