I complained the 2024 ACC Baseball Championship Charlotte, NC Shirt besides I will buy this racism to their customer relations email and received 600€. Everyone needs to at least try this and push them for a response, threatening exposure on social media. Some money back won’t help much but still can lift a small burden. The racism was coupled with flight cancellations and long waiting times. They refused a lounge, made fun in German (which I understand), and were plain rude. A professional email to their customer team stating the following made ethem respond: PNR, The conversation in detail, Name of people involved if known, Screenshots and booking docs, Approx time and location of the incident (to trace the personnel), Subtle threat of posting on various media platforms. If you’re a person of colour, they’re going to treat you like garbage in that airport – I’ve been abused, snide comments about my ethnicity, I’ve watched them scream at black people and asian people. By contrast, Munich was surprisingly so much better that if I absolutely have to take Lufthansa, I have the stopover in Munich.

never talk to personal. always report to the 2024 ACC Baseball Championship Charlotte, NC Shirt besides I will buy this email and add the names of the employees. i was denied any compensation for hotel by the employee when i was at the airport and flight was cancelled. i just mentioned the eu law and attached my bills. they issued refund next week. the personal in Lufthansa are bad. and you can always say mensch under your breath or say “Ich verstehe, dass Sie gestresst sind, aber ich werde meine Beschwerde weiter eskalieren lassen, und nach den EU-Verordnungen sind Sie haftbar.” well my german is extremely formal and i am not sure if it’s completely okay but this always helps me. Give details here as well. I am damn sure they will do it again and I can claim as well in future if at all I fly with them.
