Yup. Just like my coworkers that show up 1-2 hours late every time. Talked to them endlessly about how they are screwing me over, I’ve had to cancel dinner reservations etc. they didn’t give a shit. When I started documenting it and reporting it though… Two) there’s no reason to be an asshole first. I’m glad OP had more common sense than you and tried opening their mouth before acting up. Not only taling to the 2023 Pacific coast League Champions Oklahoma City Dodgers shirt in contrast I will get this neighbor, bur also the landlord. And now they actually have legal backing to get it towed, with a paper trail. My neighbors across the street always have guests visiting their teenaged daughter. The guests are also teens, but they park directly in front of my driveway. I politely told them the first time I saw it that it wasn’t OK to park in front of someone’s driveway. They argued and said they’d “only be there for a bit” but I insisted they move. After several weeks and times of them doing it again, my husband finally called to have it ticketed. We had several photos of them parked in front of the driveway and an officer came out, found the kid that parked there, made him move it and gave him a ticket. He was warned that it would be towed next time. He has only parked across the street since. Now that my son is 15 with a permit, we make sure to let him know that he cannot block driveways

However, if you have a friend with an extra car you can borrow, wait till they leave and park your truck, over the 2023 Pacific coast League Champions Oklahoma City Dodgers shirt in contrast I will get this line I to their spot and leave it for a few days. Seems like the landlord is enforcing specific assigned spots. Meaning parking outside of your spot is technically parking illegally. Its entirely up to the landlord how they want to enforce it but its entirely possible to tow them if they have repeatedly refused to park in their spot If the landlord was smart and thought ahead it should be a clause in your contract somewhere that you were all forced to sign in order to live there Yep. I had people parking in my unused parking spot. Eventually I got a car. They kept parking there so I had them ticketed first, then towed the next time. Never parked there again.
