My brothers haven’t given our last name to their children and I (the 2023 American League Texas Rangers Champions Signatures shirt in addition I really love this only sister) am not having children altogether. This cursed name is going down with us lol I don’t understand this, who cares about a “bloodline”? I’ve never once thought of my family as a bloodline… seems like an archaic thought process to me. I will admit it is possible that the fact that I’ve been a parent since I was 21 has impacted my feelings on this… however I don’t care if my kids never have kids so I’m not sure it plays that big of a role. I do genealogy. Seeing all that my ancestors went through, makes me feel like I’d be ungrateful to them off I stopped it all there. I don’t care that much, but just thinking that this genetic line has been going on for billion of years and you are going to be the one to stop it, feels a bit bad

2023 American League Texas Rangers Champions Signatures shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

That never made sense to me. Your bloodline is just a line down a tree. Ending the 2023 American League Texas Rangers Champions Signatures shirt in addition I really love this line does not affect the rest of the tree, it only affects that tiny little branch that is the distance from your parents to you. If I break a small twig of a tree, I don’t think “Imagine, I just ended the entire line that went from the root, through the trunk and branches, all the way to this twig!” Your genetics are near-identical to your brothers, cousins and even distant second cousins who are probably strangers to you. In fact, a paternity test can be done, even if you do not consent, by simply taking DNS from a stranger who is nearly related to you. Many killers have been caught because the police found some random related person willing to give a DNA test on the behalf of the killer. We humans did not live in nuclear families. We lived in villages and tribes. Many young men (without children) fought to defend villages and died. But their near-identical genes have moved forward because that gene is shared with the village.
