Use all your tools at your disposal to advance your career. Do not look a gift horse in the 2021 Playoffs Rally The Valley Suns Shirt also I will do this mouth. Welcome to the real world. If they were dumb enough to hire you for that reason you are duty bound to exploit that. Wait a month and ask for a raise. 3 months you can ask for a promotion. Ever heard of Shake Shack? Well you’ve just entered the suck shack, kiddo. They hired you to bang. Just remember to tell them that they’ve gotta pay to spray. That’s what I always say. If you like the job and it pays okay you can keep it. Sure your coworkers seem to be shitheads but if you leave you could end up working with worse shitheads. If they’re not intolerable, you might be able to just deal. If you like the job but not your coworkers, you can hunker down to build experience and once you have enough you can use that experience to push for a similar role elsewhere. Alternatively you can try to rise up the ranks at your company, maybe just a rung, then move on. I would give it a year either way in this case. Ultimately this isn’t uncommon and some pretty large companies have gotten away with similar practices for a long while – Abercrombie and Fitch comes to mind as one example but there are others. Life is unfair and sometimes that will break for and against you for better or for worse. But since you’re in the seat now you might as well leverage it on your way to your next move if that’s what you want to do.

The world is heavily corrupt and superficial. Doesn’t matter how you get your foot in the 2021 Playoffs Rally The Valley Suns Shirt also I will do this door, prove your worth once inside and once you have authority that’s your chance to make things as fair as you can. Yup coming from an all female office that hires on “culture fit” I know there were many applications that were tossed when they saw a male name on it. :/ Who cares? Accept it and move on. A lot of life is based on appearances, more than we’re willing to admit sometimes. Take the win. I’ve been hired for leadership roles in my career because I’m a large, deep voiced, bearded man. Hiring managers think people just naturally listen to me. Boy are they disappointed to find out I’m just a giant idiot.
